See the Acorn Squash in the bowl with the yellow and green Gourds?

It was delicious baked with a little butter and maple syrup added toward the end of its cooking time.

We really cleaned it out it tasted so good. We ate this with some Fava Beans that Johnny brought over, husked, and sauteed with green beans from our garden and corn on the cob.
